Where do the fee lines live, and is a tip required?

On pricing, and again on the island page. 20% service and Hawaiʻi GET up to 4.712% each stand alone. A 50% deposit follows acceptance. Gratuity is never required. This directory does not hide a figure.

Can one crew cook two islands the same day, or Kona and Hilo the same day?

No. There is no same-day inter-island crossing, and no same-day Kona–Hilo round trip. Open the island that has the house. Hilo is a separate dedicated east-side day, quoted in writing.

Which page do I open for the limits on that house?
