Cart packages include the bar setup, tools, ice, mixers, and garnish. Alcohol itself is client-supplied or arranged through licensed referral — the honest posture, since Hawaiʻi’s four county liquor commissions each read the rules differently.

We do not sell alcohol. You buy it (we will send a shopping list matched to your menu and headcount), or we refer a licensed caterer for full bar service where the county requires it. Your written quote states which applies to your venue.
