Signature dinners run $125–$250 per guest depending on island and tier, groceries included. Stay Chef multi-day service runs $850–$1,100 per day. The 20% service charge and GET up to 4.7120% always appear on their own lines.
Yes. The written quote itemizes menu, staffing, travel, service, and tax — and is the confirmed total. Nothing is added afterward.
No. It funds coordination, planning, and insurance. Gratuity is separate and always voluntary.
Two to four weeks in normal seasons; December–March and holiday weeks book months out. A 50% deposit locks the date after you have seen the written quote.
Deposits follow the new date when availability allows, and force-majeure events reschedule rather than forfeit. The cancellation tiers are stated on every quote.
A stove, oven, counter space, and a sink are enough — your chef brings the kit. We ask about the kitchen during the quote and decline hotel rooms without kitchens, with alternatives suggested.
All four main islands. Surcharge zones are published per island, and quote-only zones — Pāʻia/Haʻikū, Kauaʻi’s far North, the Big Island’s east side — are labeled with the reason.
