Where we cook, and where we quote first.
All four main islands, honestly mapped: base zones at the published card, surcharge zones with published numbers, quote-only zones with the reason stated.
The four-island summary
- Oʻahu — metro Honolulu base; North Shore / Turtle Bay from $75
- Maui — Wailea–Kapalua resort corridor base; Upcountry from $75; Pāʻia/Haʻikū quoted at inquiry
- Kauaʻi — both shores base; $50–$75 shore surcharges; far North quoted at inquiry with 72-hour notice
- Big Island — Kona–Kohala corridor base; outside the corridor from $75; east side quoted per event
Why quote-only zones exist
Distance, roster depth, and permits. The Big Island’s east side is 2.5–3 hours from the Kona roster; Kauaʻi’s far North has one bridge. Publishing a flat number for these would be fiction — so we quote them per event and show the math.
