The two models never blend.

Maui: Upcountry is a surcharge; West Maui timing is planned, not a mystery fee. Kauaʻi: Līhuʻe and Kapaʻa are included; both shores are a surcharge; far-North inherits the bridge clause. Hawaiʻi Island: Kona–Kohala is base; Waimea is a surcharge; Hilo is a dedicated day, never a west-side round trip.
