Chefs drive to the kitchen; the drive is priced. Every island publishes its surcharge zones, and the zones we quote at inquiry say so — with the reason.
The published zone lines
- Oʻahu — North Shore / Turtle Bay from $75
- Maui — Upcountry from $75 · Pāʻia and Haʻikū quoted at inquiry
- Kauaʻi — shore surcharges $50–$75 · far North (past Hanalei) quoted at inquiry, 72-hour notice
- Big Island — outside the Kona–Kohala corridor from $75 · east side quoted per event
What “quoted at inquiry” means
Some zones have no honest flat number: the Big Island’s east side sits 2.5–3 hours from the Kona roster; Kauaʻi’s far North has one bridge in and out. Rather than publish a fiction, we quote these per event — distance, roster depth, and notice period stated in the quote itself.
