What your kitchen needs — less than you think.
The direct answer: a stove, an oven, counter space, and running water. Your chef brings knives, kit, and sheet pans. What does not work is a hotel room — a coffee maker is not a kitchen.
The workable-kitchen checklist
- Stove and oven in working order (we ask during the quote)
- A clear counter run for plating
- Refrigeration with some room for the morning’s shop
- Running water and a sink — that is genuinely it
What we bring
Knives, boards, smallwares, sheet pans, and the specialty kit the menu needs. If the kitchen is missing something structural, the quote says so and plans around it — or declines and suggests alternatives.
